Stephanie was born in Texas with dual French/American nationality, and after receiving her B.A. in Communications from Trinity University in San Antonio, she moved to Chicago to earn an M.F.A. in Acting from DePaul University. Stephanie has worked for many years in sales and spent three years managing a leasing brokerage. With a father and brother who are both in this profession, Real Estate seems to be in her blood!

Having lived both in Evanston and in several of Chicago’s vibrant and culturally diverse neighborhoods, Stephanie’s knowledge of the city and all it has to offer makes her a valuable resource to clients and friends. When she isn’t showing homes, you’ll find her trying a new restaurant, spending quality time with her family, taking her dogs to the beach, or checking out the latest in Chicago Theatre. You may even see her on stage!

Stephanie’s approach to working with clients is simple: nothing is more important than your home, your life, your needs! Buying or selling a home is such an important event in an individual’s life, and Stephanie prides herself in putting client needs above all else. When working with her you can expect the process to be professional, easy, hassle-free, and even fun! She knows that communication is key, and will explain the process in detail. Stephanie’s ability to listen, read people, and negotiate the heck out of something when duty calls, makes her the kind of person you want on your side at all times!
